During the hearing, two associates linked to the Roshan Anand side - Gaurav Kumar and Abhishek Kumar - were granted bail.
After hearing the matter, the court said that no coercive action be taken against Khan until further orders.
Prince Yadav died under suspicious circumstances at a hotel in Biratnagar, while the matter is currently being investigated by Nepal Police.
Reports state that Prince Yadav was also accused in a 2021 incident involving an alleged attack at Khan Sir’s coaching institute. He was accused of entering a classroom and being involved in a violent confrontation.
The court's order comes days after police named Khan Sir in an FIR following the arrest of two security guards accused of alleged firing outside his coaching centre.
According to police records, an FIR was registered at Kadamkuan Police Station under Section 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 25(9), 27 and 35 of the Arms Act against three individuals, including Khan Sir.
