Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Saturday reconstituted the high-level Kanwar Committee for the upcoming Kanwar Yatra, appointing Culture and Law Minister Kapil Mishra as its chairperson and announcing special assistance for Kanwar camps to ensure a smooth, safe and well-organised pilgrimage.
He said Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has given directions that special arrangements should be made for the security of the devotees and traffic management during the festivals.
