Connecting India with Bhutan: IRCTC Unveils “Bharat-Bhutan Mystic Mountain Tour” on Bharat Gaurav Deluxe AC Tourist Train.

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, and it serves as the hospitality and travel arm of Indian Railways.
The journey will begin from Delhi Safdarjung and would cover Varanasi, Kolkata, Gangasagar, Puri, Bhubaneswar, Konark, Chilika and Baidyanath Dham before returning back to Delhi.

The IRCTC is going to introduce the Guru Kripa Yatra (pilgrimage) tourist train under Gaurav Bharat to cover five Takhts and major gurdwaras associated with Sikhism.
Not only this, railway passengers will also be able to register complaints and suggestions related to food on WhatsApp numbers equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) technology.
To begin with, WhatsApp communication has been implemented for e-catering services on selected trains and passengers, and based on customer feedback and suggestions, Railways will enable the same on other trains too.
This special tourist train has been one of the flagship products of the company and has earned many accolades for the company in the travel and tourism world.
