A pilgrim identified as Vijay Kumar Shah (50) of Tumba village in Bihar's Rohtas district, slipped down nearly 300 feet near Kali Mata Morh
The bus was on its way from Ranchi to Giridih. It plunged into Barkar river in Jharkhand's Giridih on Saturday night.
The bus was coming from Nasimabad and heading to Haridwar.
The blast was so intense that it caused extensive damage to the eatery and adjoining shops and houses in the locality.
The injured persons have been identified as Anmol Kumar, Pintu Kumar Thakur and Hiralal Yadav, all residents of district Supaul, Bihar. They have been shifted to hospital for treatment.
