A 40-year-old Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer allegedly died by suicide by jumping from the MEA residential society in Chanakyapuri area of South Delhi, police said on Friday. Authorities have ruled out any foul play in the incident.
Bharadwaj noted that the file of the presiding officer that goes to the lieutenant governor via the urban development minister to the chief minister has been directly sent to the LG’s office bypassing the minister.
All angles are being looked into. However, they have not come across any foul play,” said Director General of Police Sunil Bansal.
