Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva on Monday welcomed the Delhi High Court decision to admit a petition challenging the discharge of former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, and other accused by a lower Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court in the alleged liquor scam case.
Speaking after the verdict, Sibal said the court had dismissed the CBI case against Kejriwal, Sisodia and around 20–22 other accused, including K. Kavitha, and discharged all of them.
