Mumbai-headquartered Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has officially announced that it has posted a net profit of Rs 4.7 crore in Q4 FY25, after a loss of Rs 1,218 crore during the same period last year.
The fund houses are instructed to pay out the proceeds in the event of a redemption or repurchase of units within three working days. Investors in schemes where at least 80% of the capital is invested in foreign securities must be paid within five working days of the date of redemption or repurchase.
The final dividend was decided in a meeting of the Board of Directors on June 21 where it was decided to pay Rs 0.35 per equity share.
The AGM of the bank is scheduled for July 17, 2021 through video conferencing and other audio visual means.
