The MoU was signed at a meeting held at the Delhi Secretariat, chaired by the Chief Minister, between Reserve Bank of India and Bipul Pathak, Additional Chief Secretary (Finance) of the Delhi Government.
According to the release, approximately 28 goods-carrying buses, including interstate vehicles, were impounded, and approximately 100 buses have been impounded this month to date for violations of pollution norms.

The move aims to strengthen the ongoing national campaign against the life-threatening disease, which remains the world’s leading infectious killer with India recording the highest number of TB deaths in the world.
He announced that two-wheelers, three-wheelers, and slow-moving vehicles will not be allowed on its main carriageway as their entry could lead to serious accidents.
Sood noted that flooding of schools has been a recurring problem and asked officials from the Public Works Department (PWD), Delhi Jal Board (DJB), Irrigation and Flood Control (I&FC), and the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to work on a permanent solution. He said the plan should be implemented in phases to address all aspects of inundation.
Kapoor said that Singh should remember that just like many other promotional campaigns, the people of Delhi have not forgotten the alleged loot and propaganda carried out under the name of the Tiranga campaign by the previous Kejriwal government.
Speaking at the Cabinet meeting, Gupta said the initiative reflects the government’s commitment to addressing citizens’ concerns in a simple, convenient, and timely manner. “We want genuine solutions, not just paperwork,” she said, adding that the digital system will enable real-time monitoring at every stage, with senior officials tracking cases until resolution.
The lab is established under the CSR initiative of Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC).
