Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday told a court here that he was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate without any evidence or charges against him in the excise policy case.
The court adjourned the matter until March 16 after Kejriwal submitted an application seeking exemption from personal appearance.
The ASI had already submitted the report earlier this month. The copies of the survey report are likely to be handed over to the relevant parties by tomorrow.

The Amicus Curiae has filed a report on two incidents that have taken place in the jurisdiction of the Astaranga Marine Police Station - one on 26 December, 2021 and the other on 31 January, 2022.
