Nitish Kumar also handed over a letter recommending the dissolution of the current Legislative Assembly with effect from 19 November. The tenure of the existing Assembly ends on 22 November.
In a post on X in Hindi, he wrote, “By giving us a massive majority in the Bihar Legislative Assembly Elections 2025, the people of the state have shown confidence in our government. I salute and sincerely thank all the respected voters of the state.”
