Hasina, who landed in India after fleeing Bangladesh amid violent protests, is being moved to a safe location.
Hasina, who fled in a military chopper, had first arrived in Agartala, and from there, boarded the C-130 transport aircraft for Delhi.
The current whereabouts of Sheikh Hasina remain unknown. However, some reports claimed she has gone to a "safer place" in India.
Commenting on the protests in the neighbouring country over a quota system for government jobs, the West Bengal CM had said she won’t hesitate to provide shelter to the "helpless people" from the neighbouring country seeking refuge in her state.
