Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana, who will be seen reprising his role of Pooja and Karam in the upcoming film ‘Dream Girl 2’, has heaped praise on the recently released theatrical film ‘Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani’ for making a sharp satire on toxic masculinity.
The trailer begins with Karam's (Ayushmann Khurrana) father (Annu Kapoor) receiving a call from a credit card recovery agent, Ayushmann kicks off the comic extravaganza as he mouths the dialogue in a sultry tone as her alter ego of Pooja.
During the trailer launch of the film, the actor was asked about his take on the latest Karan Johar-directorial and the common element of attempting to say something meaningful wrapped up in a massy entertainer.
Khurrana hails his hometown as his lucky charm because both these projects have won a lot of acclaims.
The Andhadhun actor revealed that while going on tours for theatre shows, the actor used to sing on-board the Paschim Express.
Tahira Kashyap also attended the special screening of the film in Mumbai.
Shivangi looked extremely elated to see Pankhuri on the big screen.
Apart from Neena, the picture features Ayushmann Khurrana, Jitendra Kumar, Gajraj Rao, Maanvi Gaagroo, Manurishi Chadha, among others.
Neena is 60 years old and is gearing up for the release of her next film Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhaan.
