Israeli authorities have arrested three United Nations workers trying to smuggle liquid cocaine into the country on Sunday in the guise of perfume-making kits. The arrests were made at the Jordan River Customs House along the northern area of the border with Jordan near Beit Shean.

In another incident, an FIR was lodged on Sunday by a deaf-mute woman alleging gang rape by two home guards posted at Mehrma block office in Godda district of Jharkhand.
Police sources said that the two men were known to the maestro and were alleged to be the former driver of his car and a cleaner, both of whom had allegedly been dismissed from their services a few months back. One of the arrested men had been identified as Deepak Aulakh, who the police said was a former driver.
