Adani Enterprises Ltd (AEL) officially announced here on Friday that it posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 220.71 crore in the March quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (FY26 Q4), as compared to a profit of Rs 3,844.91 crore in the year-ago period.
The company stated that it received intimation of the execution of the agreement at 12:27 am on March 1, 2026, and has disclosed the development under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, to the stock exchange.
The Adani Group-owned Horizon Aero Solutions Ltd, which is a step-down subsidiary of Adani Enterprises Ltd, has acquired 100% shareholding in ITPL through a share purchase agreement, according to a stock exchange filing made late Friday.
At the close, the Sensex rose 319.78 points, or 0.39%, to 81,857.48, while the Nifty gained 126.75 points, or 0.51%, to 25,175.40.
Each application was for a minimum of 10 NCDs and in multiples of 1 NCD thereafter. The minimum application size was Rs 10,000.
