Adani Airport Holdings Ltd (AAHL) has officially announced the termination of its association with Turkish airport ground handling company Celebi Airport Services India Pvt Ltd and Chinese company DragonPass.

AAHL -- a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, the flagship company of the globally diversified Adani Group -- manages seven airports, and one more is expected to go live in mid-2025.
With GVK Group's finances under strain, it has now come around to the idea of selling the stake to Adani Group.
