The Westin Kolkata, Rajarhat is hosting a 10- day-long food festival called “Una Fiesta” at its all day dining den Seasonal Tastes till today. Showcasing the robust flavours and aromas of Spanish cuisine is Chef Marcos Sierra Sahum; the man who has curated and designed the menu for the festival.

He brings along with him the heritage of traditional Spanish cuisine with novel concepts and modern cooking techniques. The delicacies on offer for the guests and patrons are Albondigas Con sepia (meatballs with cuttlefish in almond sauce), Pollo Al Chilindron (traditional chicken stewed with bell peppers) , Pil Pil Hake Cocochas (Suckling lamb, Parmesan and  dates) , Gamas Al Ajillo (Spicy garlic shrimps), Patata Bravas (Confit potatos with alioli and spicy sauce) et al.

Other than that the stand-out choices includes Spanish Pintxos with Asparagus and Romesco sauce, Spanish Potato Omelette with Tomato Bread, Traditional Paella and Cream catalane.
