Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s campaign for the Congress-led UDF in Thiruvananthapuram grabbed headlines as he used a popular Mohanlal movie dialogue, “Nee po mone… Dinesha” (“You go, Dinesha”). Congress workers, who gathered despite the scorching sun, were excited to hear the dialogue delivered in fluent Malayalam and responded with prolonged applause.
He then followed it up with another line, saying, “Nee po mone Vijaya… your time is over.”

Addressing a campaign meeting at Nemom in Thiruvananthapuram, Revanth Reddy said, “Nee po mone… Vijaya” (“You go, Vijaya, your time is over”). He added that the “expiry date” of the Pinarayi Vijayan government is over and that it is now time for the Congress and the UDF. He also predicted a clear victory for the UDF in forming the next government in Kerala.
“Pinarayi Vijayan’s ‘expiry date’ as Chief Minister is over. It is time for the Congress and the UDF,” he said.
He further stated that a vote for the CPM is equivalent to a vote for the BJP in Delhi, alleging that both parties are working together to prevent Rahul Gandhi and the Congress from gaining ground. Reddy added that it is the UDF that has drawn the “Lakshmana Rekha” by not allowing the BJP and the RSS to enter Kerala.
