The BJP’s intensified campaign comes amid a competitive electoral landscape, with the entry of Prashant Kishor’s Jan Suraaj Party adding a new dimension to the contest. The first two phases of voting are scheduled for November 6 and November 11, covering 121 and 122 assembly constituencies respectively.
According to party sources, Modi’s rallies will strategically target regions where the NDA’s organizational strength is comparatively weaker but where the Prime Minister enjoys significant personal popularity. Each rally is expected to reach 15 to 20 assembly segments and will be broadcast live to remote areas to maximize outreach.
Since assuming office, Modi has made Bihar a focal point of his governance agenda, visiting the state over 55 times and announcing projects worth several lakh crores. Notable recent initiatives include inaugurating a new terminal at Patna Airport and an airport in Purnia, alongside engaging with youth during the Bihar Youth Dialogue.
The NDA campaign will also rely heavily on prominent leaders like Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, who plans to conduct 30 to 35 rallies targeting clusters of constituencies, and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, who is expected to hold over 25 rallies, leveraging his influence among Rajput and upper-caste voters.
Besides, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is also actively participating in the Bihar Assembly election campaign, mobilizing support for the NDA candidates. His schedule includes multiple rallies across key districts, aiming to consolidate votes and bolster the party’s presence amid a competitive electoral landscape.
Yogi Adityanath is expected to address several public meetings, focusing on themes of development, law and order, and the NDA’s governance record. His campaign efforts are being coordinated with local leaders and party workers to maximize outreach and voter engagement.
With the stage set for a fiercely contested election, the BJP’s extensive rally schedule, led by PM Modi, underscores the party’s commitment to consolidating support and delivering a decisive message of development and victory to Bihar’s electorate. END
