Elon Musk shares health advice on severe neck and back pain
Disc replacement surgery may be a game-changer for people experiencing severe neck or back pain, said billionaire Elon Musk on Tuesday.
Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has not been advised surgery for his inflamed pancreas. Parrikar, the former defence minister in the Modi government, was admitted to the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai on Thursday, 15 February.
He was admitted to the state-run Goa Medical College (GMC) in the night of 14 February after he complained of stomach pain.
According to the Chief Minister’s Office, the CM will be attending the state assembly session scheduled to start from 19 February.

“It is a case of mild pancreatitis. The CM is well and under observation. Likely to be discharged in a day or two,” the Office had said on Friday.

On the day when he was admitted to GMC, Parrikar had laid the foundation stone for a Super Speciality Block costing Rs 386 crore at the medical college located in Bambolim.
The CM was recently in the news for a controversial comment on women drinking beer. He, however, later clarified that he meant only “school and college students”.
