The GOC, White Knight Corps, on Friday paid heartfelt tribute to the ten Bravehearts who yesterday made the supreme sacrifice in a tragic vehicular accident while moving on operational duty through treacherous terrain and extremely challenging weather conditions in the general area of Doda.

Ten soldiers were killed and 11 injured when an Army vehicle carrying troops for an operation slipped off the road while navigating treacherous terrain in bad weather, in the general area of Doda.
Bodies of the Bravehearts were dispatched to their respective hometowns from the Jammu airport.
They have been identified as Monu (Bulandshahar, UP), Jobanjeet Singh (Roopnagar, Punjab), Mohit (Jhajjar, Haryana), Shailendra Singh (Gwalior, MP), Samiran Singh (Jhargram), Pradumana Lohar (Ranchi), Sudhir Narwal (Yamunanagar), Hare Ram Kunwar (Bhojpur), Ajay Lakra (Ranchi) and Rinkhil Baliyan (Hapur).
