Singer-actress Miley Cyrus' sister, Noah, has sparked speculations that she has got plastic surgery done with her "changing look."
According to a new report from In Touch, many believe that the 17-year-old singer changing face is the result of "more than" just natural process of physical changes, reported AceShowbiz.
Double board certified plastic surgeon Dr Vartan Mardirossian said, "She has significantly increased facial volumes (cheeks, upper and lower lip, and chin) and her eyebrows appear to be higher."

The plastic surgeon speculated that Noah might have had botox to lift her eyebrows.
Another doctor named Andrew Miller said, "It looks like she may have had fillers in her cheeks and lips and possibly a chin implants," before adding, "instead of fillers, she may have had cheek implants."
