Maidaan turns into a wrangling match of fiery footballers

Director Indra Kumar has brought back “Paisa yeh paisa”, the hit track Rishi Kapoor-starrer Karz from 1980. We will soon witness Madhuri Dixit, Anil Kapoor, Ajay Devgn and others shaking a leg to the song in their upcoming film Total Dhamaal.

On Monday, Indra Kumar took to Twitter to thank director Subhash Ghai, who had helmed Karz, for giving them the track and shared a photograph from the set. “Had ‘Total Dhamaal’ dancing and directing one of my favourite songs, ‘Paisa yeh paisa’ from ‘Karz’! Thank you Subhash Ghai and for giving us this track. Well done squad! Ajay Devgn, Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Anil Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Sanjay Mishra, Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jeffery,” he wrote.

Indra Kumar also tweeted a photograph of the on-screen reuniting couple, Anil Kapoor, and Madhuri Dixit, he wrote,”Two of my favorites! Absolutely love them on the screen & have the privilege of working with them again for #TotalDhamaal. All set for some super fun & some awesome work! Welcome to the squad @AnilKapoor & @MadhuriDixit.”

Actor Ajay Devgn, who is part of the film, also shared the photo and captioned it, “Total Dhamaal”. It’s the third film in the comedy entertainer franchise Dhamaal.

Total Dhammal is slated to release on 7 December and it ensembles a star cast of Madhuri Dixit-Nene, Anil Kapoor, Arshad Warsi and Jaaved Jaffrey. The film is bankrolled by Indra Kumar along with Ashok Thakeria and Ajay Devgn.
