Lil Wayne hospitalized

Rapper Lil Wayne has been hospitalized because of epileptic attacks.

Multiple sources told tmz.com that Wayne was taken to a hospital here on Sunday after he was found unconscious in his hotel room after suffering a seizure. At the Northwestern Memorial hospital, he suffered another seizure.

His team tried to have him discharged so that he could make it to his Las Vegas show. However, doctors advised against it, saying he should be grounded for a few days.

Wayne has suffered seizures while flying earlier and the doctors felt it was too risky.
