A decade after Rumi Jaffrey’s 2008 fantasy-comedy God Tussi Great Ho, Priyanka Chopra and Salman Khan were reuniting with Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bharat. However, that is not happening now. The Quantico star has walked out of the film and conveyed her decision to the team of Bharat.

Director Ali Abbas Zafar shared the same on his Twitter handle as he wrote, “Yes Priyanka Chopra is no more part of @Bharat_TheFilm & and the reason is very very special , she told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are very happy for her … Team Bharat wishes @priyankachopra loads of love & happiness for life ”

According to Mumbai Mirror, the actor walked out of the project as she had bagged a bigger project in Hollywood or might be getting married to boyfriend Nick Jonas and is keeping her calendar light for the next few months.

‘Nick of Time’ has left us wondering if Priyanka is indeed getting married to rumoured beau Nick Jonas. Priyanka was to begin the shooting of Bharat mid-August after a 10-day schedule of Shonali Bose’s The Sky is Pink, which is a true-life story of Ayesha Chaudhary, from August 8.

Stepping out of Salman Khan’s film is an extremely significant decision for Priyanka Chopra, as per Zafar’s tweet as she was supposed to make a comeback in Bollywood with Bharat.
