To facilitate the visitors and providing recreational facilities to the children, Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh on Friday inaugurated the ‘Water Park’ at Sadhupul in Solan district, besides other two upgraded way-side amenities of tourism department at Bhararighat in Solan district and at Sombhadra in Una district.
The inaugurations were performed online through video-conferencing from Oak Over, the official residence of the CM.

While speaking on the occasion, the CM said that more such type of wayside facilities would be created for the visitors in near future. The water park at Sadhupul would be an added source of amusement for the adults and the children.
He informed that the state government is committed to provide better tourism facilities to the visitors in the state and we have added nine wayside amenities during last one year.
Himachal Pradesh Tourism Development Corporation, Managing Director, Dinesh Malhotra, said that HPTDC was providing quality tourism products and facilities to the tourists.
He added that HPTDC is operating four wayside amenities at Sadhupul with an outlay of Rs 1.25 Crore, Bhararighat 1.52 Crore, Devi Dehra costing Rs 41.70 lakh and at Una on which a sum of Rs 52.90 lakh has been incurred.
