A six-year-old girl was raped allegedly by her uncle in Uttar Pradesh’s Tindwari area, police said on Monday.
According to the police, the incident took place on Sunday when the 19-year-old uncle Shailendra took away the minor girl and allegedly raped her.

The FIR in the matter was registered by the victim’s mother and the girl was sent for medical examination, which confirmed rape.

We are trying to trace the accused, who is absconding, police said.

The order came after a complaint in this regard was lodged Vikas Tyagi, former provincial coordinator of Bajrang Dal.
Officials informed on Monday that Jaunpur Police managed to solve the case within 14 hours of the recovery of the body.
