Chief Minister Kejriwal is currently in Tihar Jail under judicial custody. He was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21 in connection with the Delhi liquor policy case.
According to police, the accused, a 32-year-old man from Sangam Vihar, has been apprehended in this connection.

The reports suggest that majority of the incidents occurred in March and April this year when the country descended into the deadly second wave.
The police said that these criminals were wanted in the murder of a city-based realtor. "On July 5, the members of gang Kaviraj carried out killing of a businessman Vijyakumar after taking ransom of Rs 48 lakh. He was killed in Hosur after being lured by the gang on the pretext of selling land," the police said.
