Delhi witnesses strong surface winds, rain at several places
Several parts in the city also witnessed rain with the strong winds, the regional meteorological centre said in its bulletin.
Overnight showers in some areas of the national capital kept humidity levels high this morning.
"The minimum temperature recorded at 8.30 am was 25.3 degrees Celsius, three notches below normal," a MeT official said.
Humidity level was recorded at 74 per cent.

A total of 18.2 mm of rainfall was recorded since 5.30 pm on Wednesday till 8.30 am today, the official added.
The MeT has forecast overcast conditions with a possibility of few more spells of rain and thundershowers for the rest of the day.
"The maximum temperature is expected to settle at 32 degrees," the weatherman said.
Yesterday, the minimum temperature was recorded at 23.2 degrees Celsius while the maximum settled at 32.2 degrees Celsius.
