Technopark headquartered, SunTec Business Solutions, a leader in revenue management and customer experience orchestration solutions, on Thursday announced the beginning of its operations in Melbourne, Australia, increasing its focus on the Australia and New Zealand markets.

The Australia and New Zealand operations, which were being handled by Singapore office, will now be managed directly by the Melbourne office, said its CEO, K Nandakumar.

“Australia and New Zealand bear strategic significance in our growth plans. Setting up operations in Australia is a logical next step as it allows us to be close to our customers, strengthen our support and demonstrate our commitment to the region,” said Nandakumar.

This is the first major move for SunTec, which teamed up with global IT major Capgemini for the launch of Xelerate Digital Core, a low risk approach for banks to accelerate their digital transformation journey.

“Our move to Melbourne comes at a time when many large banks in Australia and New Zealand are embracing customer centric transformation, to stay ahead of the competition,” added Nandakumar.

SunTec, since it started operations in the state capital in the late 90s, has grown to be a trusted partner of the world’s leading banks, digital and communication service providers in 45 countries and has offices in the US, UK, Germany, UAE and Singapore.
