Foreigners are delighted by positive vibes of Braj Holi
The vibrant festival of Holi, celebrated with exuberance and zeal across India, finds one of its most unique and spirited manifestations in the towns of Mathura and Barsana.
As the city is gearing up to celebrate the festival of colours, the Kolkata Metro Railway has announced special Metro services on the days of Doljatra and Holi in the Green and Blue lines.
According to the city Metro railway office, the mass carrier has decided to run 60 services on 7 March in the north-south line.
On 8 March, the Kolkata Metro Railway authorities decided to run 188 services in the Blue line and 90 services in the East-West Metro.

Meanwhile, keeping in view the extra rush of the passengers during Holi, the South Eastern Railway has decided to run Holi Special train services between Shalimar-Patna-Shalimar leaving Shalimar on 6 March and leaving Patna on 7 March.
