TMC chief Mamata meets Sunita Kejriwal at CM’s residence in Delhi
The meeting was held at the official residence of the Delhi chief minister in the presence of party's Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha.
Chief minister Mamata Banerjee today inaugurated 25 life saving ambulances and two mobile dental clinics by using funds of Rajya Sabha MPs of ruling Trinamul congress at a programme in Nabanna today.
Dedicating the 25 life saving ambulances to the state and two mobile dental clinics, the chief minister said that today’s programme was nothing new as more than 200 ambulances were earlier dedicated to the state since the TMC government came to power.
“The cost of these ambulances had been financed from the funds of our Rajya Sabha MPs as part of social work done by the government. Out of the 25 ambulances, five would remain in the city, while the rest would be reserved for the districts. This was the first time that two mobile dental clinics had also been inaugurated today keeping in mind the paucity of dental clinics in the remote areas of the state,” the CM said.
