The actor, currently basking in the success of ‘Dhurandhar’, has confirmed that he is engaged to his long-time partner Gabriella Demetriades (age 38). The news shared casually quickly caught the attention of fans and media alike, shining a spotlight back on Gabriella.

Who is Gabriella Demetriades?

Gabriella Demetriades, born and raised in South Africa, started modelling at 16. She later pursued fashion design studies in Sunnyside, Gauteng, and steadily built her career beyond modelling.

Gabriella has appeared in films and music videos, launched her own clothing brand, Deme, and founded VRTT Vintage.

The podcast reveal

Rampal revealed the engagement during his appearance on Rhea Chakraborty’s podcast. In a teaser released ahead of the episode, Gabriella had hinted at their relationship status, prompting Arjun to clarify that the couple was, in fact, engaged.

The decision to announce it on a podcast seemed to suit the couple’s low-key style perfectly.

Arjun and Gabriella have been together for nearly six years and share two sons. Their elder son, Arik, was born in April 2019, while their younger son, Ariv, arrived in 2023.

According to him, both he and Gabriella feel that their bond is already complete without any formalities. The couple has chosen to let their relationship grow naturally avoiding unnecessary labels or pressure.
