This historic connection has made her one of the most talked-about debutantes at this Parisian ball.

Muhammad Ali Jinnah was the first Governor General of Pakistan after the 1947 partition. He married twice; first to Emibai Jinnah who passed away shortly after. Later he married Rattanbai Petit, a Parsi woman. Dina, their only daughter, married Neville Wadia, a member of a well-known Parsi family, which reportedly caused a strain between father and daughter.

Dina and Neville had a son, Nusli Wadia, the current chairman of the Wadia Group. Nusli’s son Jehangir Wadia married Celina Wadia, and together they have two children: Jahangir and Ella.
