Odisha SIR: Forms reach over 3.31 crore voters

Odisha's Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls has reached an advanced stage, with enumeration forms distributed to 3.31 crore people, comprising 99.14% of voters across the state, according to the Office of the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO).
