Aadhav Arjuna rejected Udhayanidhi Stalin’s interpretation of Sanatan Dharma, saying he does not understand the concept and clarifying his own secular stance.
Udhayanidhi Stalin recalled that he and Chief Minister C Joseph Vijay used to study at the same college.

The DMK leader stressed the importance of preserving Tamil identity in the face of alleged attempts to promote Hindi in the state.

Besides the existing responsibilities, Udhayanidhi, a film actor and producer, has been entrusted with Planning and Development, a communique from the Raj Bhavan said late on Saturday night.
Discounting reports of his imminent elevation as Deputy Chief Minister, DMK youth wing secretary and Tamil Nadu Sports and Youth Welfare Minister said it is the sole prerogative and discretion of Chief Minister MK Stalin.
