The victim, whom the police identified as Raju Sah of Bihar, succumbed to injuries during treatment.
Two of them are from Pakistan while one is from Kashmir.
The juvenile was incidentally lodged at Observation Home, RS Pura, Jammu, in another case, registered at the Gursai Police Station in Mendhar of the District Poonch.
The restriction is also aimed at ensuring better area dominance by BSF troops, according to an official order.

The army said in the eight hour-long operation, Aijaz alias Abu Huraira, a Pakistani terrorist and two other terrorists identified as Javed Rather of Tahab, Pulwama and Shahnawaz Gani of Srinagar belonging to LeT were eliminated by the security forces.
The gunfight ensued after a joint team of the police and army cordoned off the area and launched a search operation in the early hours of Wednesday.
According to the police, two terrorists were killed in an encounter at the Puchal area of Pulwama district during a joint operation by the police and the army, and the other two terrorists were killed in a second encounter.
As the security forces progressed in on the hideout, they were at the receiving end of a heavy volume of fire.
