UP govt to install 8 lakh solar rooftop plants by March 2027

The state's Climate Change Department has earmarked Rs 177.4 crore to facilitate the installation.
The solar plant is expected to generate 13,140 units per year, resulting in 100 per cent power consumption through the solar plant.
