Indian scientists lead research in development of low-cost semiconductor materials

The group of Indian scientists led by Pabitra K Nayak, reader at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research-Hyderabad and Swarnajayanti fellow for the year 2020-21, is leading a research for the "development of efficient next-generation low-cost semiconductor materials which can contribute to India’s technological leadership in this area," a Ministry of Science and Technology note here on Friday said.

‘Winter of Death’

The ministers were riveted to global access to diagnostics, genome sequencing, vaccines and therapeutics in an effort to combat the spread of the variant. Clearly, the impact of public health on international relations is currently at the core of discussions at the G7 high table.
