Though mystery shrouded the death of the RTI activist, local police dismissed the murder angle and registered an unnatural death case claiming that Ranjan Kumar Das died in a road accident.
The BDO however speaking to reporters said that matter is currently on investigation and if anyone is found guilty of fraud action will be taken.
