Addressing participants, Gupta administered a pledge to follow traffic rules, adding that safe driving practices should become part of everyday life. “Not wearing helmets or seatbelts, or breaking traffic rules, is not an act of bravery but of irresponsibility,” she said.
She further said that wearing a helmet while riding a two-wheeler may seem a small step, but can be the biggest contributor to saving lives.
