They will hold a meeting with Mr Aftab and other senior officers of the state CEO office, state nodal officer of police Ananda Kumar on Sunday evening.
CEC said," everyone will get equal opportunities in 2024. Officers and police have been instructed to work impartially while use of money and muscle power will be wiped out in this elections"
Headed by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Rajiv Kumar, the full election commission is likely to visit Jammu and Kashmir next week to assess the ground situation here.
A German delegation, led by visiting Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, met Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar and Election Commissioners Anup Chandra Pandey and Arun Goel at the Nirvachan Sadan in New Delhi.

During the span of more than 36 years of Government of India service, Kumar has worked in various ministries at the Centre and his state cadre of Bihar/Jharkhand.
A 1984 batch Jharkhand cadre IAS officer, Rajiv Kumar will take charge "with effect from with the date he assumes office vice Ashok Lavasa, Election Commissioner who has resigned with effect from 31st August, 2020," according to a notification by the Ministry of Law and Justice.
On the issue of delay in payments by the government to the private sector in lieu of goods and services availed from them, Kumar said this could be one of the reasons for the slowdown.
