Encroachments on govt land, violations of bylaws will not be tolerated: Sirsa

Delhi Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa on Saturday alleged that a system had been established in the national capital to facilitate encroachments and illegal constructions on government land, asserting that such practices will no longer be tolerated.
