"Vikram Sahney called. He said they were forming an independent group, and many had signed on. He asked me to sign too," Seechewal claimed.
Harbhajan Singh and Sandeep Pathak's residences in Jalandhar and Ludhiana were spray-painted with "Gaddar (traitor)" graffiti by the protesting AAP workers.

His remarks came hours after BJP leader and Delhi Minister Parvesh Verma shared purported image of Kejriwal’s new 95 Lodhi Estate residence, saying the AAP Chief's house looked like a seven star hotel.
Chadha, along with six other AAP Rajya Sabha MPs - Swati Maliwal, Ashok Mittal, Sandeep Pathak, Harbhajan Singh, Rajinder Gupta and Vikram Sahney - merged with the BJP, citing differences with the Arvind Kejriwal-led party.
In a dramatic political shift unfolding in Delhi, Rajya Sabha MPs Raghav Chadha, Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), in the presence of BJP national president Nitin Nabin at the party headquarters on Friday.
AAP MP Raghav Chadha, alongside Sandeep Pathak and Ashok Mittal, announced that two-thirds of the party's Rajya Sabha members are merging with BJP, invoking constitutional provisions to formalise the split.
Sources said the enhanced protection will be provided by central paramilitary forces and will cover Chadha in both Delhi and Punjab. The decision follows a threat perception report submitted by the Intelligence Bureau (IB) and a subsequent assessment by the MHA.
