Telangana Police on Wednesday registered three more criminal cases against suspended BJP MLA Raja Singh for his derogatory comments on Prophet Mohammad.
Telangana Police on Wednesday registered three more criminal cases against suspended BJP MLA Raja Singh for his derogatory comments on Prophet Mohammad.
The MLA from the Goshamahal constituency was booked after a case against him at Dabeerpura police station. The case has been registered for promoting enmity between different groups on grounds of religion.
The notice was mailed to her and a hardcopy of the same was the sent to her by registered speed post.
She had lodged a complaint with the Delhi Police on May 27 alleging that she has been receiving death threats and target hatred against her.
Two people died during the violent protest that erupted in Ranchi after Friday prayers against the controversial remarks on Prophet Muhammad made by suspended Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) spokesperson Nupur Sharma and expelled leader Naveen Jindal.
