Orissa High Court asks pollution panel to file compliance report on air pollution in Cuttack city

A Division Bench of Justice S.K. Sahoo and Justice V. Narasingh, taking cognizance of a newspaper report, asked the regional officer of the pollution board to file a detailed report on the measures taken by it since January to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
