The court, however, asked the state government to preserve the data collected during the survey with a warning not to release it for the public at any cost.

A division bench comprising of Chief Justice Sanjay Karol and Justice Partha Sarathi has asked the Additional Chief Secretary to hold a meeting with all the District Magistrates of the state to check the authenticity of the recognition of a total of 2,459 madrassas in the entire state.
As per the term and conditions, the Patna High Court will not give any advance payment to any provider company.
Tej Pratap Yadav's lawyer Jagannath Singh said: "The petitioner has filed a case under Section 100 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 to challenge Tej Pratap Yadav. We will file a reply after thorough study."
