The 57th Central Chalo Loku Festival — the premier post-harvest celebration of the Nocte community in Arunachal Pradesh — was held with great enthusiasm at Nehru Stadium, Khonsa, with Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein gracing the occasion as the chief guest.
