Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu said when "both political opponents fail to deliver", they plan to "dodge the public" by their "scripted actions".
SAD says, "Evil designs of the previous Congress government as well as efforts by the present Aam Aadmi Party dispensation to implicate Majithia in a ‘false case’ have been exposed.”
Majithia had moved the Supreme Court and prayed for the quashing of an FIR registered against him in connection with a drugs case, at Punjab Police Station.
Sidhu has accused the Punjab home minister of complacency in arresting Majithia in drug case ahead of the elections, setting off fresh rounds of discussions in Congress leadership to resolve the issue
