CPI (M) general secretary MA Baby Sunday expressed shock and sorrow over the tragic death of over 36 people in a stampede at actor-turned-politician Vijay's rally in Karur, Tamil Nadu.
Speaking to the media, Baby said he personally knows how Pinarayi Vijayan upholds communist values in his thinking and beliefs.
Reddy's meetings in New Delhi are part of his broader outreach efforts. Earlier, he visited Chennai on August 21 to meet with Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Thiru M K Stalin and DMK MPs.
