Himanshu Gupta, IAS, Secretary, Central Board of Secondary Education and former Director, Directorate of Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, graced the occasion on Friday.
Ten thousand earthen lamps were lit up during the Dev Deepawali function at Baje Kadamtala ghat this evening. Mayor Firhad Hakim inaugurated the ceremony.
